What is it?
Group Bookings provide a simple way for you to arrange for payment and delivery before your users enrol in the course.
How does it work?
When your Group Booking account is set up, you will receive a unique code. Your users enter this code when they enrol and the system will automatically assign them to your group booking and they will not be required to pay when they complete.
What group booking options are there?
There are two basic types of group booking options:
- Limited Group Booking
Under this option, only a set number of people are able to use the group booking code. This option is great for companies who have a small number of users or require a set dollar amount for raising purchase orders.
- Unlimited Group Booking
Under this option, there is no limit on the number of people who can use the group booking code. This option is ideal for companies who have a large number of users and wish to be invoiced periodically according to the number of users completed.
Am I notified when someone uses my Group Booking Code?
Yes.
When we create your Group Booking, we ask for you to nominate a company contact and email address. Every time someone uses your Group Booking code, an email is automatically sent to your contact with the person's details. If this person is not authorised, just contact us and we will remove them from your account.
Can I remove someone from my account if a user doesn't complete the course?
Yes.
If one of users decides not to complete the course just contact us and we will remove them from your account (excludes non-completions due to assurance audits).
Can I receive a copy of their statement of attainment when they successfully complete course?
Yes.
If needed, we can set up your Group Booking account to automatically forward a copy of each user's statement of attainment by email when they have successfully completed the course.
Can I receive their evidence of completion (i.e. White Card) delivered to me instead of the individual?
Yes.
If needed, we can set up your Group Booking account to automatically deliver your users' evidence of completion to a nominated postal address.
What payment options are available?
You can either:
- Pre-pay for all users by credit card, debit card or cash (limited group bookings only).
- Pre-Pay for all users by purchase order (limited group bookings only and credit application required).
- Be invoiced weekly based on the number of persons who have completed the course during that period. (Limited or unlimited group booking; credit application required.)
Can I manage my Group Booking?
Yes.
Once the Group Booking is set up, we provide you with a user name and login for the portal. This account enables you to view your group booking account to:
- View the number of seats used and remaining.
- Search for specific users in your account and their progress.
- View and download each user's statement of attainment.
